From 60 Aircraft to Just a Handful

A personal letter from Pedro Bizzotto, Founder

Fifteen years ago, I was flying as a contract pilot out of Cascavel, Paraná — King Airs, Senecas, Bonanzas, whatever needed to move that day. Aviation, at that stage, was simple: fly well, take care of the aircraft, and get people where they needed to go safely.

Over time, things grew.
By 2025, the company I co-founded managed more than fifty aircraft, operated across Brazil and the United States, and was building an expanding FBO network throughout southern Brazil.

We had built something significant — and I was proud of every mile.

But as the operation grew, something else slowly disappeared: proximity.
The larger the fleet became, the harder it was to stay close to the people who mattered most — the owners who trusted us not only with their aircraft, but with their time, their families, and their businesses.

I never wanted to be the founder who only shows up once a year. I wanted to know who you are, how you fly, what matters to you — and to be directly involved in the decisions that affect your aircraft every single day.

More than anything, I wanted to keep doing what has always fulfilled me the most: helping people enter business aviation thoughtfully, responsibly, and with confidence.

Over the years, I’ve helped dozens of entrepreneurs and families acquire their first aircraft — many of whom never believed ownership was possible. Some came through full ownership, others through shared structures. What they all had in common was the same realization: when aviation is done correctly, it gives you back the one thing you can’t buy anywhere else — time.

Time to grow your business.
Time to move faster.
Time to be home for dinner.

That belief is what led to NEXT Aviation.

In December 2025, I made a deliberate decision to start over — with one simple rule: NEXT Aviation would remain intentionally intimate.

Not because growth is bad, but because excellence requires focus.

At NEXT, we help clients across the entire aviation journey:

  • Finding the right aircraft for their mission

  • Structuring ownership in a smart, responsible way

  • Managing that aircraft to the highest operational standards

  • And, when appropriate, using shared ownership as a practical and accessible path into business aviation

Shared ownership, when done correctly, is not a compromise — it’s an intelligent entry point. It allows new owners to experience private aviation with defined costs, professional management, and real ownership, without unnecessary complexity.

We manage a limited number of aircraft so every owner has direct access, consistent crews, disciplined operations, and the confidence that their aircraft is treated as if it were the only one on the ramp.

For me, private aviation has never been about the number of tails.
It has always been about the relationships behind them — and the responsibility that comes with helping people take this step the right way.

If you’re looking for guidance, not pressure; structure, not shortcuts; and a management relationship that feels like a true partnership — I’d be glad to talk.

Welcome to NEXT Aviation.
